Sketch Notes for:
OFF THE CHARTS VITALITY!
This is a general guideline for vibrant living as it pertains to the food I eat. Since I have had quite a few people approach me and ask, “What are you doing?” I’ve decided to put this simple outline together. It consists of strategies and habits that anyone can incorporate into their daily life and routine. Of course everyone’s metabolism along with taste varies so it’s important to experiment for yourself to find out what foods work for you.
This list is designed to go along with the experiential and fun workshop called OFF THE CHARTS VITALITY! A Power Point presentation of over 150 slides is used.
Why Eat Raw?
The bio-electricity or “life force”, the living water and the enzyme action in the food.
Greens
Fresh organic GREENS from the garden are best. The next best is fresh organic greens from the health food store. The reason greens, fresh from the garden, are best is because they typically have more bio-electricity or “lifeforce” still intact. This bio-electricity is a substantial part of how food sustains the body and can be correlated to the food’s vitamin and mineral content. That said, I know from experience that you simply have to do your best with whatever is available at the time. Organic is good for three reasons. One: you probably don’t want to support the chemical death companies with your money. Two: you probably don’t want to be filling your body with death-based chemicals (which later you will need to detoxify). Three: organic food generally has more vitamins, minerals and bio-electricity in it (but not always since it depends on how long the food has been stored).
Greens are the main source of alkaline nutrients. Here are some awesome greens:
Spinach, kale, bok choi, choi sum, rocket, nasturtium leaves and flowers, chrysanthemum leaves and flowers, carrot top, beet top, lettuce, celery, papaya leaves, basil, dill, fennel top, cilantro/coriander, parsley, mint, rosemary, oregano, broccoli flowers and leaves, spring onions, chives, asparagus, brussel sprouts, alfalfa sprouts and other sprouts, swiss chard (sometimes known as silver beet), bethel leaves, watercress, chili leaves, dandelion greens and flower, etc.
Greens are the food most abundant in alkaline minerals and it’s what most people that consume a western diet lack. Wild greens are even better but you need to know what you are doing in that department since some wild plants contain chemicals in them to inhibit you from eating them (it’s part of their own survival mechanism).
So much of optimum health is about organic plant-based minerals, minerals and MORE MINERALS. From my research and experience I can’t emphasis this enough, since the more mineralized you are the more likely the immune system can fight off disease. It’s also known that the more mineralized a person is the more likely they will be AWARE and INTUITIVE, since tiny plant-based minerals act like frequencies of light or radio stations to pick up information. The plant that pulls the most minerals is GRASS. Wheat grass is excellent but wild grass (especially if grown near ocean water) can have all 92+ minerals present. Try juicing wheat grass but especially wild grass!
Vita-MINS are always associated with a MINERAL thus the “MIN” part in the word Vitamin. For example Vitamin C in food is always found with the corresponding mineral COPPER. The two go together. That’s why synthetic Vitamin C taken alone is useless so don’t waste your money. Get it from nutrient-dense food.
Vegetables
Garlic, ginger, red beet (excellent combined with mint), turmeric, tamarind, radish, corn, carrot, squash, cabbage, sweet potato (great for making juice), sea vegetables – wakame, nori, kombu, dulse etc.,
Nuts
Brazil nuts, baby coconut (water and spoon meat), dried mature coconut meat, almonds, walnuts, pecans, apricot kernel, ginkgo nuts, and hazelnuts
Seeds
Hemp, flax, black sesame, pumpkin, sunflower
Berries
Goji berries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, loganberry, strawberries (important to be organic since they are porous and absorb chemicals easily), shizandra berries
Oils
Coconut oil, olive oil, sesame oil
Other Important Ingredients
Fresh coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, MSM (Methyl sulfonyl methane is found in all wild green plants and rain water. It is important for human tissue health), maple syrup, pure sun-dried sea salt, wild rice (rinsed and soaked), alkaline water.
Super Foods
Spirulina, raw wild honey, bee pollen, bee propolis, royal jelly, chocolate – dark 85% cocoa and raw cocoa, noni juice, ginseng, cinnamon, aloe vera, raw sugar cane juice
Fruits
Lemon, lime, pomelo (leave as much of the white pith on as possible), grapefruit (leave as much of the white pith on as possible), orange (leave as much of the white pith on as possible), papaya, mango, dragonfruit, avocado (with seed if you have a commercial blender), kiwi, apple (with seeds) , pear, grapes (with seeds), watermelon (with seeds), honeydew melon, cantaloupe, jackfruit, durian, mangosteen, rambutan, lychee, pineapple (with the stem), pomegranate, plum, apricot, guava, Chinese dates (with the seed if you have a commercial blender)
Tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, okra, cayenne pepper, bitter melon.
Enzyme Rich Food
Kimchi
It is somewhat enlightening to spend some time reading labels in a Korean food store. It’s astonishing. At most, there are three or four ingredients -- all of them natural, all healthy. There are no preservatives and no chemicals. It consists of nothing but 100% pure, natural spices and vegetables. Full of enzymes.
Tea
Green tea, jasmine tea, oolong tea
Make a tea in a pot from: licorice root, astragalus root, ginger, goji berries, lemon and raw wild honey
Mushrooms
Reishi mushroom extract
Raw animal products
Eggs, salmon sashimi, fish, grass-fed free-range beef, insects, chicken.
What to avoid
Anything that is cooked or highly processed is dead. It contributes to the death of your body and senses.
Avoid bread (it rhymes with dead), pasta, rice, noodles and sugary processed food and drinks (since refined sugar PULLS minerals from the body). Even sugary hybridized bananas and some other sweet fruits should be avoided or at least consumed infrequently. Hydrogenated vegetable oils like corn oil, canola oil, soybean oil etc. are DEADLY, since they are adulterated oils and the body doesn’t know what to do with them. So the body stores them as fat or cellulite, clogging the arteries.
Pasteurized is cooked. So avoid pasteurized milk, cream, cheese and yogurt, since the pasteurizing process turns the fats found in dairy products into life-draining substances. In their raw form dairy products can be quite good for you.
Avoid peanuts since they contain the fungus aflatoxin.
Avoid soy drinks.
PREPARATION STRATEGIES
Blending
Make sure you blend a combination of food for a smoothie that is going to have a GOOD TASTE. There is no point trying to achieve optimum health consuming food that you detest in taste. Your enthusiasm will fizzle and besides there’s no need for them to be bad tasting. The smoothies that you make can be AWESOME in taste and nutritional quality. Good taste and good nutrition can most always go together.
Juicing
Green vegetable juice works well with any metabolism. You can pick from a wide array of green living foods from the list I presented. They go well with lemon, lime, honey, cayenne pepper, apple etc. The greens can sometimes be a little bitter due to their high mineral content so to balance the taste something sweet or spicy can be added.
Salads
Chop it all up. Add some coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, nuts, seeds and a few spices and wow you have one very amazing salad!
Dressings
Coconut milk, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, turmeric powder, curry powder, coriander powder, lemongrass powder, cayenne pepper, satay powder, cumin powder, fennel seed powder. Choose the powders you want from the list and the quantity to taste, mix it all up, and enjoy on your salad.
Hemp seed hummus
Hemp seed, flax seed and black sesame seed ground in a coffee grinder. Then put it in a blender with lots of greens, coconut milk, olive oil, cayenne pepper, 2 lemons (with the outer yellow skin removed), sea salt, spirulina, curry powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, coriander powder, lemongrass powder and apple cider vinegar. Blend until smooth.
OTHER HEALING STRATEGIES
Fasting
An excellent fast is green vegetable juice, water and coconut oil.
The Master Cleanse (water, lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper)
Orgonite
Orgonite subtly changes a negative and stuck energy into a positive life-enhancing energy. I use it in my “Mojo Bed,” Qi Gong pads and around the house. Visit: www.lifeforceman.com for more details.
Zapping
The Terminator Zapper is a fabulous device that boosts your frequency and reduces the parasite load in the body. I use mine often. Visit: www.worldwithoutparasites.com for more details.
Cleansing and Detoxifying
The Health Oasis Resort on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand has an excellent program for cleansing and detoxifying. I have done it many times.
URINE THERAPY
When I was first exposed to this therapy I thought it was totally crazy. I was a programmed little westerner who had no idea of what urine actually is. Luckily I got very sick and urine therapy cured me in 3 days when other methods failed.
Urine is made up of 95% water, 2.5% urea and the remaining 2.5% is a mixture of vitamins, minerals , salts, hormones and enzymes. Only urea, the substance after which urine is named, can be poisonous when present in the blood. However, this is irrelevant in the practice of using urine, since urine is not immediately put back in the bloodstream. When small amounts of urea get back into the body, it is purifying, and clears up excess mucus. Urine is entirely sterile after secretion and has an antiseptic and naturally cleansing effect.
Urine also has a high level of bio-electricity (life force) in it especially if you’ve been practicing Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga or any other energetic discipline. It is especially infused with bio-electricity, from my experience, if you have been engaged in positive sexual or sensual endeavours. Since the bladder is located in close proximity to where the energy of these endeavours is circulating.
Urine is essentially sterile “blood water” excreted by the kidneys. It can tone the internal organs when taken internally. It can also be beneficial for the skin, hair and eyes when used externally.
It has been described as, “Your Own Perfect Medicine” by Martha Christy.
Useful strategies:
Collect only the “mid-stream.” Let the first “second” and last “second” (time-wise) of the flow of urine go and only use the mid-stream.
Taken 3 times daily particularly in the morning is excellent for your health. The morning urine is especially potent. Urine after sexual endeavours is the most potent from my experience. Taking it internally is a very powerful physical discipline that has a remarkable EMOTIONALLY CALMING EFFECT.
Urine can be used as an excellent, shampoo, soap and shaving cream. It is the well-kept secret of many a quiet and shy (about this subject) beauty queen.
